II. Parameter explanation

Status:
select it to enable or disable the applications, the
default is “Enabled”.
z
Name:
enter the name of the application to be added. Click
Clear
button to delete the entered name.

Trigger Port:
enter the number of port which is to trigger
the special application. The entered port number can be a
single port, or a group of ports.
z
Trigger Type:
select the protocol while the special
applications are to be triggered.

Public Port:
The port number of public network, which is
used to access the special applications. User can specify a
single port number or a group of port numbers. Using
common to separate multiple port numbers.

Public Type:
The protocol that to be applied while to
enable the public port for special application.

Filters
Click the
Filters
of
Advanced
in the Wizard Column to set the
IP filter. Filters are used to deny or allow LAN computers to access
the Internet. The unit can refuse some computers with the assigned
IP or MAC addresses to access the Internet. Or it also may block
users to access the restricted Web sites.

IP Filters
Use IP Filters to deny particular LAN IP addresses to access the
Internet. You can deny specific port numbers or all ports for a specific
IP address. The well-known ports are displayed on the "IP filter list".
Please click the edit icon to enable them. You will only need to enter
the LAN IP address of the computer(s) that will be denied to access
Internet.
