2-3-6 Basic Wireless Setup
The HD45R is a dual band router so it creates two wireless names (SSIDs).
On this page (1), you can create a custom name for both the 2.4 GHz band
and the 5 GHz band that you will use when connecting wirelessly from your
home/office computers.
By default:
2.4 GHz SSID = Hawking_HD45R_2.4GHz
5 GHz SSID = Hawking_HD45R_5GHz
You can also create a wireless password (2).
By default, this will use a
WPA-PSK key (8 characters or more). Users connecting to the router will be
required to enter this password to connect to the internet. If you do not wish
to create a key, leave the field blank.
