For Windows 2000
1.
From the Start menu, point to Settings
and then click Network and Dial-up
Connections.

Right-click the
Local Area
Connection
icon and then click
Properties
.

tab, check out the list
of installed network components.
Option 1:
If you have
no
TCP/IP
Protocol, click
Install
.
Option 2:
If you have TCP/IP
Protocol, go to Step 6.

Internet Protocol
Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
and
press
Properties.
