Following is the correct procedure for setting up TCP/IP LPR printing
under Windows Vista.
Click Start >
Printer and Faxes
Double Click “
Add a Printer
”
Click “
Next
”

Create a new port
, select
Standard TCP/IP Port
and then
click
Next
.
Input the IP Address of the Print Server, and the Port name of the Port
that will be printed to, then click “
Next
”.
Hint:
You can get the Port name from the print server’s system
information through web browser. Please refer page 48-51.
