System Menu
The Power Management Screen
The Power Management screen is divided into
three sections:
Stealth Mode
Standby Mode
Automatic Shutdown
Stealth Mode
The Stealth Mode section allows you switch off the
e-ink display and LED on your device.
1.
From the Power Management screen, select the
Enable stealth mode
check box.

Click
Apply
.
Standby Mode
The Standby Mode section displays the following:
When on battery power, switch to standby mode
select the idle time interval from the menu.
When on AC power, switch to standby mode
– select
the idle time interval from the menu.
Automatic Shutdown
The Automatic Shutdown section displays the
following:
When on battery power, shutdown
– select the
automatic shutdown time interval.
Click
Apply
to confirm the changes.
Important:
Shutdown mode activates when there is no data
traffic.

Click
Password
in the System menu to change your
administration password.
The Password Screen
The Change MiFi administration password section
allows you to change your administration password.
1.
From the Password screen, type your password in
the
Current Password
field.
2.
Type the password you would like to replace your
current password in the
New Password
field.
3.
Retype your new password in the
Verify New
Password
field.
4.
Click
Apply
to confirm the password change.
Settings
Click
Settings
in the System menu to enable Wi-Fi
when the device is connected to a USB port and to
enable the System log.

The System Settings Screen
The System Settings screen is divided into two
sections:
System
Localization
System
The System section displays the following:
Enable Wi-Fi when USB is connected
– select the
check box to enable.
Enable system log
– select the check box to enable.
(See “System Log” on page 45.)
Localization
The Localization section displays the following:
Language
– select preferred language.
Date/Time Format
– select preferred month, day, year
format and time format.
Temperature
– select preferred temperature units.
Distance
– select preferred measurement units.
Numeric Format
– select preferred numeric format.
Click
Apply
to confirm the System and Localization
settings.
