Open a web-browser (such as Internet explorer, Firefox or Safari)

Type in t he address “\\GatewayName\USBDriveName\” (e.g. \\Bigpond±1\USB-Storage)
NOTE:
There is no username and password required to access t he USB drive. Any network user will be
able to read/write t he folder/files in t he USB drive.
TO MAP THE USB STORAGE DRIVE
To enable easy access to t he USB Storage Drive, you can map t he network location. To do t his,
use t he following steps:

Click on t he Start button and click Computer

Click t he Map network drive button

In t he Folder field, enter t he address of t he USB Storage Drive \\GatewayName\USBDriveName
(e.g. \\Bigpond±1\USB-Storage)

To access t he USB Storage Drive in t he future, you can simply double-click on t he item in
t he Computer menu

SAVE AND REBOOT
This function saves t he current configuration settings and reboots your Gateway.
NOTE1:
It may be necessary to reconfigure your TCP/IP settings to adjust for t he new configuration. For
example, if you disable t he Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server you will need to
apply Static IP settings.
NOTE±:
If you lose all access to your web user interface, simply press t he reset button on t he rear panel
for 5-7 seconds to restore default settings.

The Diagnostics menu provides feedback on t he connection status of t he device. The individual
tests are listed below. If a test displays a fail status:
