The most popular encryption is WPA-PSK.
It is recommended to select this and enter the password in
the Key Field (minimum 8 characters)

XBox & Playstation 3 Optimized Settings:
For Xbox, make sure that the following is selected:
For XBox users,
Click on Advanced Mode on the top right
Click on the Services Tab
Click on UPNP
For External interface, enter usb if you are using a stick
or wan if you are using a Cable\DSL\Satellite connection
Click on Save & Apply to save the changes
Everything else if fine and you should not need to do
anything to optimized your xbox.
For Playstation Users, do the following:
1) On your playstation , go to the network connections
and set the ip address to manual.

The subnet mask is default as 255.255.255.0
Once this is completed, do the auto settings for
everything else
2) After everything is done, log into the router
http:/192.168.0.1
username: root
password: admin
Now go to basic mode on top right then click on the
Network Tab
Click on PS3 Forwarding
Check the box to enable it
Select USB if you are using a stick and WAN if you are
using a Cable\Dsl\Satellite connection
Under Internal IP Address, select your ip address such as
192.168.0.150 that you set for your playstation. If it is not

there, reboot the playstation and router and it should
show up. If not, check to make sure that your have set the
correct settings in the playstation
Click on Save to save the changed
3) Click on Advanced Mode on the top right
Click on the Services Tab
Click on UPNP

After everything is saved, reboot the router and your
playstation and you will still see Nat Type 3 if you are
using a stick but now you will be able to chat and enter
online game modes a lot better since the router will be
optimized with your settings.

How to forward ports:
Click on the basic mode --> Network Tab --> Port
Forwarding
Click on Add
For Name, enter what ever you want to call it
Select the Protocol you want to use
Enter the external port that you want to forward to
Select your ip address that your device you want to
forward to
Click on "Save"
