Go to
Certificate Management
and choose
Local Certificate
.

You can click
GENERATE
button to start to edit a certificate request. Enter the
information in the certificate request.
3.
Copy and save the X509 Local Certificate Requet as a text file and save it for later use.

Connect to CA server via web browser. Follow the instruction to submit the request.
Below we take a Windows 2000 CA server for example. Select
Request a Certificate
.
Select
Advanced request
.
Select
Submit a certificate request a base64 encoded PKCS #10 file or a renewal
request using a base64 encoded PKCS #7 file
Import the X509 Local Certificate Requet text file. Select
Router (Offline request)
or
IPSec (Offline request)
below.

Then you have done the request and the server now issues you a certificate. Select
Base

encoded
certificate and
Download CA certificate
. Now you should get a certificate
(.cer file) and save it.

Back to Vigor router, go to
Local
Certificate
. Click
IMPORT
button and browse the
file to import the certificate (.cer file) into Vigor router. When finished, click refresh
and you will find the below window showing “------BEGINE CERTIFICATE------
.....
”

You may review the detail information of the certificate by clicking
View
button.

CA Server

Use web browser connecting to the CA server that you would like to retrieve its CA
certificate. Click
Retrive the CA certificate or certificate recoring list
