Internet Setup
To access the
Internet Setup
page, click on the
Setup
menu link at the top, and then click on the
Internet Setup
menu link on the left.
You can manually configure the connection from this page. Please make sure you
have your ISP's connection settings first if you manually configure the connection.

ATM VC Setting
Select
Internet Connection Type
as
ADSL
to configure the ADSL setting for the
WAN mode.
PVC
Select the PVC index, it includes 8 PVC index: 0 ~ 7.
Enable Virtual Circuit
Enable or disable the virtual circuit.
Country:
In this drop-down menu, the user can select one country option. To
manually configure this connection, the user can choose the third option called
Other
.
ISP:
After selecting a country, in the previous option, a list of ISP connections will
be available here. If your ISP is in the list, select it here and the correct
parameters will be entered for the rest of the page. However, if your ISP is not
listed here, you can choose the
Other
option.
VPI:
Enter the correct Virtual Path Identifier (VPI) value for your ISP here.
VCI:
Enter the correct Virtual Channel Identifier (VCI) value for your ISP here.
Service Category:
Select the service category; it includes
UBR
,
CBR
,
RT-VBR
and
NRT-VBR
.
802.1q:
Activate or Deactivate the 802.1q for the WAN mode.
VLAN ID:
Enter the VLAN ID if required by your ISP.
PTM Setting
Select
Internet Connection Type
as
VDSL
to configure the VDSL setting for the
WAN mode.
Service Num
Select the service number to configure.
Enable Virtual Circuit:
Enable or disable the PTM interface.
Country:
In this drop-down menu, the user can select one country option. To
manually configure this connection, the user can choose the third option called
Other
.
ISP:

be available here. If your ISP is in the list, select it here and the correct

WAN Settings
Select this option to configure the WAN settings including

Bridge Mode
.
WAN - Dynamic IP Address
Select this option to set static IP information provided to you by your ISP.
MTU:
If you experience connection issues, you may need to change the MTU
setting for optimal performance with your specific ISP.
Default Route:
Enable or disable default route.
Enable PPPoE Passthrough:
Enable or disable PPPoE Passthrough.
IGMP Proxy:
Enable or disable IGMP proxy.

WAN - Static IP Address
Select this option to set static IP information provided to you by your ISP.
Static IP Address:
Enter the static IP address assigned to you by your ISP.
IP Subnet Mask:
Enter the IP subnet mask assigned to you by your ISP.
Gateway:
Enter the gateway assigned to you by your ISP.
MTU:
If you experience connection issues, you may need to change the MTU
setting for optimal performance with your specific ISP.
Default Route:
Specifies the default route for the WAN interface.
NAT Enable:
Enable or disable NAT function.
Enable PPPoE Passthrough:
Enable or disable PPPoE pass through function.
IGMP Proxy:
Enable or disable IGMP proxy function.
WAN - PPPoA/PPPoE
Select this option if your ISP requires you to use a
PPPoA/PPPoE
connection. This
option is typically used for DSL services. Select
PPPoA/PPPoE
to obtain an IP
address automatically for your
PPPoA/PPPoE
connection. Please enter the
information accordingly.

PPPoA
WAN

Username:
Enter the username for your product.
Password:
Enter the password for your product.
Confirm Password:
Enter the confirm password.

Specifies the maximum segment size for the PPPoE connection.
Default Route:

Enable or disable IGMP proxy function.
Connection:
Specifies the PPPoE connect mode.
Get IP Address:
Select the way to get IP address. It is static or dynamic.
Static IP Address:
Enter the static IP address.

Enter the IP subnet mask.
Gateway:
Enter the gateway.
