Port Forwarding (WISP modes only)
Check the box to configure a port forwarding
rule.
Enter a name for the rule. You can select an
application name from the Application Name
drop-down menu. Click the

the Name field with the application name that
you selected.

local network that you want to allow the incoming
service to.
Enter the port or ports that you want to open. If
you want to open one port, enter the same port
in both boxes.

to secure or restrict your local network. It will deny the ports that you enter from the local network to the Internet. Click
Save Settings
and the port filter rule will be put into the Port Filter List.

DMZ (WISP modes only)
Check this box to enable DMZ.
Enter the IP address of the computer you
would like to open all ports to. You can select a
computer from the Computer Name drop-down
menu and click

to enter the computer name
into the DMZ Host IP Address field.

This function is available only if the DAP-1360 is in the WISP Client Router or WISP Repeater mode. This feature allows
you to set up a DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) host. If you have a client PC that cannot run Internet applications properly
from behind the DAP-1360, then you can set the client up for unrestricted Internet access. The DMZ allows a computer
to be exposed to the Internet. This feature is useful for gaming purposes. Enter the IP address of the computer that
will be the DMZ host. Adding a client to the DMZ may expose your local network to a variety of security risks, so only
use this option as a last resort.
