Configuring PC in Windows XP
1.
Go to Start > Control Panel (in Classic
View). In the Control Panel, double-click on
Network Connections

Double-click Local Area Connection.

In the Local Area Connection Status
window, click Properties.

Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and
click Properties.

Select

IP
address
automatically and the Obtain DNS server
address automatically radio buttons.

Click OK to finish the configuration.

the one who has unrestricted access to change and view configuration of your Broadband
Router.

Support (Remote):
is used to allow an ISP technician to access your Broadband Router for
maintenance and to run diagnostics.

User (local):
the local user who can access the Broadband Router, view configuration settings
and statistics, as well as, update the router's software.
Username: user

Device LAN IPv4 settings
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
DHCP server for IPv4
DHCP server is enabled.
