Menu Screen
Tap the icons to perform various functions of your Touch P5, such as Quick Setup, Mode
Selection, Parental Controls, etc.

Button and Port Explanations
The router’s buttons and ports (view from left to right) are located on the back panel.
Item
Description
Power Port
For connecting the router to a power socket via the provided power adapter.
Power On/Off Button
Press this button to power on or off the router.
USB 2.0 Port
For connecting to a 2.0 USB storage device or a 2.0 USB printer.
USB 3.0 Port
It’s on the right front corner of your Touch P5.
For connecting to a 3.0 USB storage device or a 3.0 USB printer. It is also compatible
with USB 2.0 devices.
Internet Port
In router mode, for connecting to a DSL/Cable modem, or Ethernet.
In repeater mode, for connecting to an Ethernet-enabled device, working as an
Ethernet port.
In access point mode, for connecting to a host router or the Internet.
Ethernet Ports (1, 2, 3, 4)
For connecting the router to your PC or other Ethernet-enabled devices.
Reset Button
Press and hold the Reset button until the Touch P5 logo displays.
Antennas
Used for wireless operation and data transmit. Upright them for the best Wi-Fi
performance.

Position Your Router
• The product should not be located where it will be exposed to moisture or excessive
heat.
• Place the router in a location where it can be connected to various devices as well as
to a power source.
• Make sure the cables and power cord are safely placed out of the way so they do not
create a tripping hazard.
• The router can be placed on a shelf or desktop.
• Keep the router away from strong electromagnetic radiation and devices sensitive of
electromagnetic.
Generally, your router is placed on a horizontal surface. It can also be mounted on awall
as shown below.
Note:
The diameter of the screws should range from 3.5mm to 6mm, and the distance of two screws is 163.8mm. The
screws that project from the wall need around 4mm based, and the length of the screws need to be at least 20mm
to withstand the product.
