Turn off your router and your computers. Then turn them back on again. The built-in 
DHCP server assigns IP addresses for the computers.

To configure TCP/IP to obtain an IP Address manually on your computers:

Connect the local computers to the LAN ports on your router using category-5 cables 
with RJ-45 connectors.
