Web Interface
Login
The device web interface is used to make all configurations to the device.

From a computer, launch an internet browser (for example, Internet Explorer,
Netscape, Safari, Firefox). The computer must be connected to an
Ethernet/LAN port on the cable modem.

In the internet browser, enter the following address and press <
Enter/Return

The Cable Modem Information window is displayed. Click the
Login
link on the
left side of the window and enter the following
login credentials
as follows.
Username: user
Password: user
Important:
If the login does not work, it may it may have been changed by
your service provider. Resetting device to factory defaults will erase all
user and service provider settings. Refer to
page 4
to reset the device and
then use the above login to access the web interface. Otherwise, contact
your service provider for the password.
