EarthLink Router Admin Login Procedure

To access the admin panel web page of EarthLink router, follow these steps:

1. Attach your computer to any of the EarthLink router's LAN ports.
2. Open a browser and enter the gateway's default address http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar.

   If 192.168.1.1 doesn't works & error appears, then please try these:

   • 192.168.1.254
   • 192.168.2.1
   • 192.168.1.100
3. Click the Manage Gateway (Advanced) link in the upper right.
4. Enter both the default username as admin and password as admin and click Login to display the Device Info page.
5. Upon successful login, Device Info is the first screen to appear. This is screen is dedicated to the display of hardware and software details associated with your gateway (i.e. your router device).
6. If the above username/password doesn't work then try these most popular combinations that usually work for EarthLink Router models.

7. Still stuck? If you still can't log into your device, then your device needs to be RESET. Once you RESET, use username "admin" & password as "admin".

Note: The web admin panel's User Interface can also be accessed via the WAN connection by entering the WAN IP address in your browser's address bar and entering the default username and password: support/support. WAN HTTP access control MUST be enabled to access the gateway's User Interface via the WAN connection.

If your EarthLink router gateway is configured for "bridge mode" (modem) operation, your PC will NOT be able to acquire an address via CPE's DHCP. Instead, manually configure your PC's interface with an IP address on the default network (e.g. 192.168.1.100).
